The desk we drew as a classroom assignment was an introduction to analyzing the parts, dimensions, and processes needed to build a project.  This, as you know, is done through the use of various sketches and drawings.  The accuracy and precision of these drawings is crucial to successfully completing the project.  The assignment you have now, is to design your own desk.  Any style is acceptable---just make sure that the drawings are complete---as we learned to do them.  The picture will give you access to many different styles.  Look at them and then design your own!
