The "plot plan" is that integral beginning to the build project. It has the information for building location, legal address, setbacks, utility locations, landscaping, and other general info of the land to be built on. This floor plan presentation has excellent graphic information that will further help you to understand the floor plan process. Remember, the floor plan is the "heart" of a set blueprints and is usually the first part of a plan that is created.
